Hillstown Rural Community Group is currently working in partnership with Grange Cross Community Association on a Building the Community Pharmacy Partnership (BCPP) project.
The BCPP is supported by the Community Development & Health Network and promotes and supports communities and pharmacists working together to address local health needs.

Sessions take place on alternate Mondays between 10am and 12noon at either Hillstown Orange Hall or Grange Presbyterian Church Hall. The project involves the Pharmacist delivering a series of information sessions e.g. Diabetes, Care in the Sun, Chest, Heart & Stroke, Arthritis, Aches & Pains, Keeping Active, Healthy Eating, Winter Ailments, Sleep & Memory, etc. Tea/Coffee and scones are served at all sessions and everyone is welcome. The Pharmacy sessions will commence again in September – watch out for details of the dates.
